Rational Session IPA
The Rational Session IPA is an American style, Session India Pale Ale. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Citra and Centennial Hops. Rational is lighter version of our PSI Ipa but still maintain a solid malt backbone and the hoppiness you are looking for in an IPA at a fraction of the ABV.

1450 Pale Ale
The 1450 is an American style Pale. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Citra and Fuggle Hops. The unique Hop combination gives this beer a nice hoppy Aroma and Flavor.

The 330 Blonde Ale
The 330 is our entry level beer for those that are new to craft beer or for those just looking for something light and smooth to sip on. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Pilsen, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Hallertau, Saaz and Spalter hops. The 330 has quickly become a house favorite.

414 Stout
414 is our version of an American Stout. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Munich, Chocolate and Caramel Malts; along with flaked Oats, Roasted Barley, Lactose sugar and Cacao Nibs; as well as Nugget, Willamette and Hallertau Hops.

304 Honey Wheat
304 is An American Style Wheat Ale. Brewed with Red wheat, Pale Ale, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Orange Blossom Honey; as well as Centennial and Northern Brewer and Hallertau Hops. This beer comes with your Pint glasses rimmed with Honey and Raw Sugar and is garnished with an Orange.

PSI IPA
The PSI IPA is an American style India Pale Ale. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Citra and Centennial Hops. PSI IPA Is our Flagship IPA. A well balanced malt profile provides the perfect base to bring west coast and Midwest hops together to form an IPA style of its own.

8 Witbier
8 Witbier is our version of Belgian Style Wit. Brewed with Red wheat, Pale Ale, Pilsen, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Coriander, Sweet Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Lime peel; as well as Falconer's FLight and Whitebread Golding Hops. This is not a traditional Witbier but you will not be left disappointed.

PRIME Imperial IPA
Prime is an Imperial American style India Pale Ale. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Munich and Caramel Malts; along with Columbus, Falconer's Flight, Citra and Centennial Hops. Prime is an extension of our PSI IPA. We use PSI as the base and added more of everything and two additional hops to raise the ABV an IBU's to the Imperial level.

12 Church St. Porter
12 Church St. is our version of a robust Porter. Brewed with 2-Row Brewers, Pale Ale, Munich, Chocolate and Caramel Malts; along with flaked Oats and Vanilla beans; as well as Nugget, Mt. Hood and Northern Brewer Hops.
Color: Dark Chocolate ABV: 6% IBU's: 34 Brewed: Year round
